Cawaco RC&D strives for three organizational competencies to ensure that resources (financial and human) are properly invested in area communities.

Cawaco personnel are adept at coordinating with partners to develop and deliver programs that are meaningful and cost-effective.

Cawaco facilitates and participates in working groups to identify creative, workable, and cost-effective solutions that address complex issues and unmet community needs. Through our network of partners, Cawaco is able to identify key projects that, if implemented, can make a profound difference in a community.
3. Fiscally Responsible
Cawaco is experienced with the administration and management of grants, contracts, and coordination of personnel to deliver programs benefiting area communities.
